CLIENT PRIVACY

Client privacy and their personal information security is one of the highest priorities of AFE. As a client you entrust AFE with your personal information.  At no time is personal client information made available to any 3rd parties.

INTERNAL PRIVACY POLICY AND PROCEDURES

AFE maintains the strictest corporate policy and has implemented day-to-day procedures to insure the privacy and security of your personal information. These policies and practices ensure that clients’ personal records and information will not, at any time, fall into the hands of un-authorized third parties. These measures include;

I)   Strict non-disclosure, non-information sharing.  At no time are client’s identification, records or account and transaction history records made available to non-affiliated third parties;

II)  International jurisdictions that strictly protect client privacy by law.  AFE client records are managed and administered primarily from it’s America’s office in Panama City – Panama, where local law ensures the highest level of company and client confidentiality;

III)  Management and staff.  AFE’s hand-selected staff understand the responsibility that comes with managing client’s personal information, and are committed to protecting and upholding the client’s complete right to full privacy.

IV)  Leading-edge database, firewall and encryption systems.  AFE utilizes leading hardware and software security, database encryption and firewall technologies to prevent unauthorized users from accessing any of its systems, including those accessible from the Internet. These measures include;

1. Browser Encryption (128 bit SSL)
2. Fully Encrypted Internal Network Security (not accessible from the internet)

AFE’s Internal Client Account Database Network is separate and distinct from its Online Secure Server. These networks are physically removed and not accessible from the other. Firewalls are used to shield AFE’s systems and Internal Client database networks from any unauthorized Internet traffic.
